Some profile details such as your phone number and email address can be updated via your account settings after additional security verification. However, core information such as your full name and date of birth generally cannot be changed on your own once identity verification (KYC) is complete — this is to protect your account. If you need to correct such details due to a registration error, contact the h2m support team and include the relevant supporting documents.

To permanently close your h2m account, contact the h2m support team by email at support@h2m.wine with a written request stating your username and reason for closure. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you before the account is terminated. If the closure is related to problem gambling concerns, we also recommend considering the permanent self-exclusion option available under the Responsible Gaming as an alternative.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required by h2m to protect all members and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. You may be asked to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of your payment method. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay are typically credited instantly or within seconds. If your deposit has not been credited after 15 minutes, save a screenshot of your payment proof and contact h2m support via live chat for manual verification. h2m does not charge any processing fees on deposits from our end. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges depending on their terms of service — this is beyond h2m's control. No. h2m only accepts deposits from payment methods registered under the same name as your h2m account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted for security and financial compliance reasons. Withdrawal

Larger withdrawals or those requiring manual review may take up to 24 business hours. h2m does not charge any fees on withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal limit at h2m is RM 50 for most methods. Single and daily maximum limits depend on your chosen method and account verification level. For accounts with full KYC completed, daily withdrawal limits are higher. A withdrawal may be rejected or delayed for several reasons: incomplete KYC, unmet bonus wagering requirements, a withdrawal method that differs from your deposit method, mismatched account details, or insufficient balance after accounting for any active betting limits.
